1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 778b ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing 778b.club, or using any of its services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, or fishing games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of whether a registered account has been created. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. 778b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 778b, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 778b enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services, in line with responsible gaming best practice.
• You are located in Bangladesh and are legally permitted under applicable local law to participate in online betting and casino activities.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not for any third party. Account sharing, proxy play, and automated software interactions with 778b are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 778b for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of 778b or any of its affiliated entities.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 778b. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different identity, or using multiple mobile numbers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses held within them.

Your Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 778b support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

778b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other material breach of these Terms. Where closure follows a breach, any remaining balance will be reviewed and may be withheld pending investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 778b account should contact support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three business days. Any positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal conditions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

778b supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The payment method used to deposit must be registered in the account holder's own name — 778b does not process deposits or withdrawals via third-party accounts.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, subject to the limits of your chosen payment provider.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear.
• 778b does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any third-party fees imposed by the payment provider are the player's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
• Once a deposit is confirmed and wagered, it is not refundable. Deposited funds may not be reversed after bets have been placed using those funds.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts. Verification requires confirmation of your registered mobile number and identity documentation as requested by 778b.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. 778b does not process withdrawals to accounts that were not used to fund the 778b wallet.
• For verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during high demand or where additional security checks are required.
• 778b does not impose a platform fee on withdrawals, and there is no cap on the number of daily withdrawal requests a player may submit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

778b offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the conditions in this section and any additional terms published with a specific offer. Where offer-specific terms conflict with this section, offer-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per eligible offer unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on more than one account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Until met, the full account balance is subject to rollover conditions.
• 778b may withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after crediting, the bonus amount and any winnings from wagering it will be removed from the account.
• Free spin awards are subject to the game and stake denomination specified in the offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 778b are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the platform:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where 778b's rules expressly permit voiding — for example, event cancellation, postponement beyond the settlement window, or a clear pricing error on the part of 778b.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 778b accepts no liability for connectivity issues, mobile network latency, or device performance that may affect in-play bet submission timing.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the account balance in real time following official result confirmation. For cricket markets, 778b uses the official scorer's result as the settlement basis.
• Maximum payout limits per event and market are specified within the platform. 778b may limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual account at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Where a match or event is suspended, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body after betting markets have opened, 778b will settle affected bets in accordance with the platform's published void and suspension rules for that sport.

778b does not offer credit betting. All bets must be funded from a positive real-money account balance. Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering and rollover conditions in Section 5.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 778b. Any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or contact information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit a pricing or system error.
4. Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt influence over a sporting event on which bets have been placed via 778b.
5. Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
6. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 778b support staff or other players through any communication channel connected to the platform.

778b may determine, at its sole discretion, that a pattern of play constitutes prohibited conduct even where no single action explicitly falls within the categories above. Decisions made by 778b in this regard are final and not subject to external appeal.

8. Responsible Gaming

778b is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform is intended solely as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a method of generating income, recovering financial losses, or resolving debt. 778b provides self-management tools accessible from every account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent exclusion controls during the exclusion period. If 778b identifies that a self-excluded player has re-registered, any balance in the new account will be refunded and the account closed with no bonus entitlement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 778b platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and page layouts — is the property of 778b or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from 778b may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 778b.

By submitting any content to 778b — including feedback, support chat messages, or promotional participation — you grant 778b a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 778b's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 778b in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Without limiting the foregoing, 778b expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, whether or not 778b was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity failures, or service interruptions caused by factors outside 778b's reasonable control, including mobile network outages and third-party payment processor delays.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, results, or settlement figures arising from data feed issues or human error, where 778b took reasonable steps to correct those errors upon discovery.
• Any action taken by 778b in good faith to comply with applicable anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming obligations, including the delay or withholding of a withdrawal pending verification.

11. Privacy and Data

778b collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 778b does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored on secure servers protected by SSL encryption and industry-standard access controls. Players may request a copy of their data or request account deletion by contacting [email protected].

12. Amendments to These Terms

778b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where changes are significant, 778b will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via a platform notification or email to the registered contact address.

Continued use of 778b after amended Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 3.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a player and 778b should first be submitted to 778b's customer support team, who will aim to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be escalated to 778b's internal resolution committee, whose decision shall be final and binding. 778b does not accept disputes submitted more than thirty (30) days after the event giving rise to the dispute.
